But if any customer wishes to apply to any bank not in our tie up list, then we support with all relevant documents required to get their loan sanctioned.

Check list of documents required to apply for loan differs from each bank, also depends if customer is a NRI or RI. Hence once a property is booked and an Agreement of Sale is entered into, we provide the customer with list of documents required & help meet the representative of the bank interested in. The account manager of Connoisseur Properties coordinates through the entire process of loan sanction as a support function to our valued customer.

Upon confirmation of a property purchase and required booking amount paid as per terms, an Agreement of Sale is entered into between the builder and customer. This legal document confirms the property sale and is a supporting document for banks to sanction loans.

For customers locally unavailable, they can appoint a local representative to transact on their behalf by signing a General Power of Attorney or GPA, who will then be empowered with all rights of that of an owner towards the property.
